Hi there! I’m Shelly, the heart and hands behind Rubber Ducky Grooming.

I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember — their loyalty, their joy, and the way they always seem to lift us up through life’s ups and downs. Dogs have been my strength and my sunshine in every season.

This picture is of me and Dutch, my sweet Cocker Spaniel. Dutch was my rock during the COVID years — always by my side with a wagging tail and unconditional love. During that time, I realized just how much our pets do for us every single day, and I made a promise to give back — to dedicate my career to helping dogs (and cats!) of all breeds and sizes look and feel their absolute best.

And if you’re wondering about the name Rubber Ducky Grooming — that comes from my other big love: Jeeps! Jeep owners know the tradition of sharing rubber duckies as a friendly sign of community and joy. I wanted my grooming salon to reflect that same spirit — fun, friendly, and full of good vibes.

At Rubber Ducky Grooming, every pet is treated like family. Whether it’s a bath, a trim, or a full spa day, my goal is to make sure your furry friend leaves feeling fresh, happy, and loved.

Because when our pets feel good, we do too — and that’s something worth “ducking” for!
